As founder and CEO of Foothold Technology for nearly 20 years, he created one of the most trusted platforms in the behavioral health space before bringing that same vision to Radicle Health as Chief Product Officer. Marlowe brings deep expertise in behavioral health industry trends, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements — the kind that only comes from decades of living inside the problem. When he’s not thinking about technology, you’ll find him cooking for his family, attempting to guide his kids towards maturity, and traveling.

David Bucciferro has spent a career in service of one goal: making behavioral health systems work better for the people who depend on them. After 30 years at the New York State Office of Mental Health, where he led innovative projects spanning subject matter expertise, administrative oversight, and project management, David brought that experience to Foothold Technology as a senior advisor — and now to Radicle Health’s Advisory Board. A recognized voice in the industry, David presents regularly at national, regional, and local conferences on pressing provider issues. He is an active member of the Electronic Health Record Association, where he serves as Co-Chair and leads both the Opioid Task Force and the SDoH workgroup — because for David, the work of improving care never really stops.

Khalid Al-Maskari is a builder who saw a gap in behavioral health technology over two decades ago — and did something about it. In 2001, he created the first prototype for what would become AxiomEHR, a flexible, intuitive EHR built specifically for community-based behavioral health providers, now a trusted solution across the industry. With over 20 years of experience in integrated health and health tech innovation, Khalid brings a founder’s instincts and deep domain expertise to his advisory role at Radicle Health — always with an eye toward what community-based providers need most to serve the people in their care.
