Tyler Hoffman

Group CEO, Radicle Health; CEO, Foothold Technology

As Group CEO, Tyler oversees the strategic direction of Radicle Health and works closely with the Radicle Health CEOs to carry out that vision. He also serves as the CEO of Foothold Technology. Tyler’s passionate about translating lofty goals into tangible action, unlocking the full potential of teams, and having fun along the way. Outside of work, he loves any and all forms of exercise, traveling, and making bad jokes.

Marlowe Greenberg

Chief Product Officer, Radicle Health; Founder, Foothold Technology

Marlowe oversees the strategic vision for Radicle’s product suite, helping to determine development direction and M&A focus. As the founder of Foothold, Marlowe brings to the team a depth of expertise in behavioral health industry trends, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements. Outside of work, Marlowe spends plenty of time cooking for his family, attempting to guide his kids towards maturity, and traveling.

Jenny Pajares

Human Resources

With passion for the people side of business, Jenny focuses heavily on employee experience across Radicle Health’s companies. Her responsibilities include compliance, payroll, compensation and benefits, as well as employee engagement and building a fantastic culture. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, taking full advantage of the Austin music scene, and being out on the lake as much as possible.

Beth Berger

CEO, Exym

As CEO, Beth sets Exym’s long term strategy with a focus on building a best-in-class product for California behavioral health agencies. With a decade of experience working in software, Beth brings a wealth of product and management expertise to her role at Exym. Apart from Exym, she serves on the board of advisors for INFORUM at the Commonwealth Club, and enjoys spending mornings running with Back on My Feet, an organization that combats homelessness through the power of running, community support, and housing resources.

James Geraghty

VP of Finance

With over 15 years experience in financial management at both Fortune 500 companies and tech startups, James's expertise lies in crafting data-driven frameworks that help formulate strategy, streamline operations, and drive sustainable growth. On the weekends, James can be found in the kitchen “trying” to learn how to bake, or at a cafe engrossed in the latest edition of The Economist.

As KCare’s CEO, Katie sets the company’s strategy and supports the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience for foster care and social service agencies. Katie joined KCare after a decade of leadership in startups and social enterprises. In her free time, Katie loves to box, listen to podcasts, and ride motorcycles. Katie serves on the board of Fonkoze USA, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering Haitian women with the tools and resources to lift their families out of poverty.

Prior to Blackhawk Network, Gaines held product leadership roles at Lively, Inc., the fastest growing HSA Administrator in the market, and at Change Healthcare, a multi billion dollar healthcare technology firm. Dr. Ronit Molko is an experienced advisor and board member who combines clinical knowledge with business acumen in order to transform, grow, and scale businesses to exceptional clinical and financial outcomes. Michael Golinkoff, PhD, MBA

Advisor, Enterprise Analytics, AmeriHealth Caritas

As Senior Advisor to the Chief Analytics Officer for AmeriHealth Caritas, Dr. Golinkoff is focussed on leveraging the value of big data to the benefit of members, stakeholders and organizations. He recently served as President and CEO of PerformCare, a behavioral health care subsidiary of AmeriHealth Caritas, and prior to that as Executive Vice President of Clinical Specialty Operations for Aetna Inc. Dr. Golinkoff is a member of the American Psychological Association, is Board President Emeritus for the Association for Behavioral Health and Wellness, and has served on advisory boards of a number of behavioral health and population health companies. In addition, Dr. Golinkoff is a founding member of the board for Emily's Entourage, a non-profit organization raising money to cure cystic fibrosis.

Jason Medlin

Chief Operating Officer, ClarisHealth

Jason Medlin has nearly 20 years of healthcare technology experience in a variety of senior leadership roles. Jason started his post-MBA career at Henry Schein where he was responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing healthcare technology business strategies. Then as a member of the senior leadership team at behavioral health software company Qualifacts, Jason led the sales organization through a high-growth period that ultimately resulted in a successful sale to Great Hill Partners. Currently, Jason serves as Chief Operating Officer for the rapidly growing health payer technology company ClarisHealth, after serving as Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for three years. Jason earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BS Finance from Western Kentucky University. He lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and 2 children.
