As CFO of Radicle Health, David Farber leads financial operations and strategic planning across the business. David has over 15 years of experience growing software businesses and is passionate about the human-services driven mission at Radicle Health. Prior to joining Radicle, David led Finance at Stack Overflow and CloudPassage. David is a CPA and began his career as a software M&A advisor at Pagemill Partners and Cantor Fitzgerald.

Jason Baim leads Radicle’s Care & Outcomes business unit which includes human services software products serving clients in care coordination, food security, vocational rehabilitation and child welfare markets. Jason joined Radicle after 20 years of experience in health and human services software companies in a broad range of operational, strategy, corporate development and product leadership roles. Jason is passionate about building healthy, growing companies that help clients use technology to improve their operations, enhance their impact, and enable their mission.

Rich Matta leads Radicle’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) business unit, encompassing several market-leading software products that address needs in residential behavior health, outpatient behavioral health, and foster care. With over two decades of experience leading products and businesses in enterprise software, Rich has focused on enhancing customer experience, driving clear analytics, and ensuring privacy and security. At Radicle, Rich is excited to return to the health and human services space after a rewarding early-career experience designing, building, and rolling out a statewide child welfare information system.

Sri Vijayasarathy is a technology leader who believes in building solutions that truly make a difference in people’s lives. As the SVP of Platform Engineering at Radicle Health in the EHR Business is responsible for defining and implementing the technical vision for the Radicle’s ecosystem products: those that build on core EHR products, expand the value and scope of Radicle’s EHR brands in the marketplace and ultimately build the platform capabilities that enable Radicle’s suite of products to serve all Radicle end markets. Building and leading a talented engineering team, the SVP focuses on fostering innovation and collaboration to enhance platform capabilities. With a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and quality assurance, they ensure the delivery of scalable and reliable platform solutions that meet both current and future business needs.

Julia is a dynamic healthcare technology executive with over 20 years of experience in customer success, strategic leadership, and software implementation. She has a proven track record of scaling teams, tripling customer bases, and doubling annual recurring revenue (ARR) through innovative business strategies in companies from start-up to over $28B in revenue.

Brian Craft is focused on building products that help healthcare providers deliver better care. As VP of Product, Brian leads the development of Radicle Health’s EHR solutions, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with the needs of the healthcare community. His work helps ensure that Radicle’s technology is always evolving to support those who rely on it.

Jenny Pajares is committed to creating a workplace where every individual feels valued and supported. As VP of People Operations, she champions Radicle Health’s people-first philosophy, ensuring that the company’s greatest asset—its people—can grow and succeed. Jenny fosters a culture of collaboration and care, helping Radicle remain a leader in the EHR industry.

Cody Dixon is passionate about using technology to help human service agencies create real human connections in a digital world. With more than a decade of experience at SaraWorks, he’s known for his leadership, problem-solving, and dedication to building solutions that truly support the people who rely on them.

Paul Jones is passionate about helping care managers deliver better outcomes through thoughtful, technology-driven solutions. As VP of Care Coordination Solutions, Paul leads Radicle’s efforts in supporting social care networks and health homes. His dedication to improving care coordination ensures that Radicle’s solutions empower providers to serve their communities with compassion and efficiency.

Kirsten Baroch is committed to addressing the complex issue of food insecurity through innovative technology. As VP of Food Security Solutions, she leads Radicle’s Link2Feed division, creating tools that streamline food distribution and empower organizations to serve their communities more effectively. Kristen believes that access to food is a fundamental human right and works to ensure Radicle’s technology makes a meaningful difference.

As the founder of Foothold, Marlowe brings to the team a depth of expertise in behavioral health industry trends, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements. Outside of work, Marlowe spends plenty of time cooking for his family, attempting to guide his kids towards maturity, and traveling.

Cory is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in product strategy, digital innovation & software development. As Chief Product Officer for Blackhawk Network, he’s at the forefront of transformation in branded payments. Prior to Blackhawk Network, Gaines held product leadership roles at Lively, Inc., the fastest growing HSA Administrator in the market, and at Change Healthcare, a multi billion dollar healthcare technology firm. He currently resides in Santa Cruz, California with his wife and enjoys triathlons, cycling and an occasional surf session in Monterey Bay.

Dr. Ronit Molko is an experienced advisor and board member who combines clinical knowledge with business acumen in order to transform, grow, and scale businesses to exceptional clinical and financial outcomes. Dr. Molko brings a deep understanding of the behavioral health industry, with a specialty in autism services, to investors, service providers and communities and offers insights into current behavioral healthcare trends, complex care intersections, and intelligent investment opportunities. Dr. Molko is a licensed clinical psychologist and board-certified behavior analyst, a published author and a graduate of Harvard’s three-year OPM executive leadership program.

As Senior Advisor to the Chief Analytics Officer for AmeriHealth Caritas, Dr. Golinkoff is focussed on leveraging the value of big data to the benefit of members, stakeholders and organizations. He recently served as President and CEO of PerformCare, a behavioral health care subsidiary of AmeriHealth Caritas, and prior to that as Executive Vice President of Clinical Specialty Operations for Aetna Inc. Dr. Golinkoff is a member of the American Psychological Association, is Board President Emeritus for the Association for Behavioral Health and Wellness, and has served on advisory boards of a number of behavioral health and population health companies. In addition, Dr. Golinkoff is a founding member of the board for Emily’s Entourage, a non-profit organization raising money to cure cystic fibrosis.

Jason Medlin has nearly 20 years of healthcare technology experience in a variety of senior leadership roles. Jason started his post-MBA career at Henry Schein where he was responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing healthcare technology business strategies. Then as a member of the senior leadership team at behavioral health software company Qualifacts, Jason led the sales organization through a high-growth period that ultimately resulted in a successful sale to Great Hill Partners. Currently, Jason serves as Chief Operating Officer for the rapidly growing health payer technology company ClarisHealth, after serving as Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for three years. Jason earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BS Finance from Western Kentucky University. He lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and 2 children.

David is a former director in the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH). During his 30 years at OMH, he worked on many innovative projects providing subject matter expertise, administrative oversight, and project management to a variety of organizations. After his public service career he joined Foothold Technology as senior advisor, where he shared his experience and technical expertise to assist with numerous cross-functional initiatives. David currently is a member of the Advisory Board at Radicle Health and continues to present on pressing provider issues at national, regional and local conferences. David is an active member of the Electronic Health Record Association (EHRA), where currently serves as the Co-Chair. He also serves as Co-Chair of the EHRA Opioid Task Force and Public Health Task Force, and is the co-leader of the SDoH workgroup.
