A lot has been happening at Radicle Health, and we’re excited to share some updates with you!

Who is Radicle Health and Why Are We Here?

We established Radicle Health in 2021, bringing together leading brands in behavioral health and human services technology to help providers do what they do best—support people in need. Our products are designed to serve providers across North America as they address the social determinants that account for up to 80% of health outcomes. Our customers are agencies providing residential support, mental health and substance use disorder services, child welfare, care coordination, and food security (to name a few). We believe in the power of technology to transform human services delivery, and our mission is simple: to make your work easier, so you can focus on delivering care and support for your clients.

We’re Introducing New Business Units to Better Support Our Customers

To better achieve this mission, we implemented some changes at Radicle. We simplified our operations by uniting all our software products into two business units that are aligned with the customers and markets we serve: Electronic Health Record (EHR) Solutions and Care and Outcomes Solutions.

Foothold AWARDS, Exym, extendedReach, and (introducing) AxiomEHR are now part of our EHR Solutions business unit, which is focused on delivering EHRs for provider agencies across our various end markets, including residential and outpatient behavioral health, child welfare, and substance use disorders (SUD).

Foothold Care Management (FCM), Link2Feed, SaraWorks, and Stabilify are now part of our Care and Outcomes Solutions group, which consists of our specialized products that deliver case management and care coordination solutions for a broad range of social services and government agencies, including those offering Medicaid care coordination, food banks and pantries, vocational rehabilitation, and child welfare services.

Introducing AxiomEHR

We are pleased to announce our newest EHR platform, AxiomEHR, which is now part of the EHR Solutions business unit. AxiomEHR brings advanced functionality for our outpatient behavioral health and SUD providers. It features a modern, intuitive design, highly configurable workflows, integrated analytics, Spanish language support, client portal, mobile app, and optional AI capabilities.

With the acquisition of AxiomEHR, we are taking a major leap forward in our ability to provide transformative technology solutions that help agencies streamline operations and improve outcomes for the communities they serve. We are thrilled to welcome the AxiomEHR team to the Radicle Health family and will be growing the Axiom team across engineering, product and customer support. This is an exciting time as we continue to invest in technology that makes it easier for providers to deliver life-changing care.

Introducing Our Business Unit Presidents

We brought on two experienced leaders to lead each of these business units and support our customers in this next phase. We are beyond excited to introduce:

Rich Matta, President of EHR Solutions: With over two decades of experience leading products and businesses in enterprise software, Rich has focused on enhancing customer experience, driving clear analytics, and ensuring privacy and security. At Radicle, Rich is excited to return to the health and human services space after a rewarding early-career experience designing, building, and rolling out a statewide child welfare information system.

Jason Baim, President of Care and Outcomes Solutions: Jason joined Radicle after 20 years of experience in health and human services software companies in a broad range of operational, strategy, corporate development and product leadership roles. Jason is passionate about building healthy, growing companies that help customers use technology to improve their operations, enhance their impact, and enable their mission.

What Does This Mean for Our Customers?

These changes—our new business unit structure, the addition of AxiomEHR, and the addition of talented leaders like Rich and Jason—allow us to better support our customers and, in turn, strengthen the care they provide to their communities.

Customers will continue to have the same core teams supporting them day-to-day, with additional resources and expertise helping behind the scenes. We have already seen positive momentum with this shift in structure and increased collaboration among our teams, including cutting support ticket resolution times in half on one product line. As we continue to invest in our teams and in this new structure, you should notice ongoing improvements in the quality and efficiency of our service, along with exciting product updates across the portfolio.

Thank you for being part of the Radicle Health community. We look forward to sharing more updates with you soon!
